You should delete this. You still have time. You are a part of the problem when it comes to false allegations. Ppl who make false allegations KNOW that they just need to fool the easy ones (YOU) so that you chirp the nonsense for them. With the latest developments coming out in court, you are definitely losing this debate and now people will see just how dangerous sheep like you are to society as a whole.
Sincere Question: It should matter whether or not the allegations are true, right? I looked at the video and read up on some of the other documents his team put out and as a survivor of sexual violence myself I feel pretty offended that someone who just did a movie on dv is out here doing the thing that is statistically uncommon: making false accusations. There are several instances in which she is clearly not misremembering smth.
IMO nothing has happened to disprove the allegations. And as you said, it's statistically uncommon for accusations of sexual abuse to be false. I've read and watched and listened to all the "evidence" that has been released and none of it disproves her complaint. It just continues to paint her as annoying and perhaps an unreliable narrator. But it does not disprove her allegations. What I find the most interesting about this whole situation is how much people want to believe Baldoni over Lively. So while, yes it does matter if the allegations are true or not, in a broader sense this situation is just an example of what happens to many survivors who speak out -- they are painted as liars, unreliable, fake, bitchy, etc etc. And she can even be all those things but still have experienced sexual harassment and abusive behavior from Baldoni. The reality is, that the general public has turned pro-Baldoni on the basis of extremely flimsy evidence and text book smear campaign tactics, and I think it's worth interrogating why we as a culture fall for this so easily, because it has real ramifications for survivors who have a lot more at stake then Lively does.
I disagree 100%. We cannot "just beleive" anyone. Man or woman. The sad thing is that alot of us believed her at her word. Once the real evidence came out, it is clear that she is lying. She had ALL the power on that set. She bullied them into letting her take over. Justin was just too nice or too afriad of her. Blake (and possibly Ryan) are horrible people who use their power to abuse others.
Unless Blake comes out with new evidence, she is a liar.
What do you consider "real" evidence? What makes Justin's evidence more "real" than Blake's? Is it any better to just take Justin at his word? I don't disagree that Blake probably tried to take over the movie. I think she's probably annoying and difficult to work with. But that's not illegal. Sexually harassing people is. And nothing has come out that disproves the allegations of sexual harassment against Justin. Everything that has come out from his team attempts to sway public opinion (very effectively), but it does not disprove the allegations.
People like her are a festering sore to society. They think their feelings are all that matter and don't use any semblance of logic or facts or even patience. The best thing to do is just know that they don't have a lot of thinking capacity, they are the below averages of the human species and eventually evolution will properly eradicate them from the gene pool. The sooner the better. But I wouldn't put much energy into being disgusted with this septic tank for brains.

Well I talk about this topic literally all the time, so I guess you're not an avid reader of mine lol.
